Rates

Projects and requests require a minimum of 24 to 48 hours turnaround time. Exact completion time will be discussed and agreed upon by both client and Virtual Office Resources. Every email received by Virtual Office Resources will be responded to within 24 hours.

Virtual Office Resources recognizes that some projects may need to be completed quicker than our usual turnaround time. We are happy to consider special requests. Please note, rush request are subject to a pre-approved surcharge.

Standard hourly rates from $50 CDN an hour with a two hour minimum. This is a great place to start to ensure we work well together before working together long term.

Please note: HST is added to all applicable services.
If we have worked together before and have a positive working relationship, retainer and package rates are available based on services and monthly time required. Retainer and package rates generally work out to be cheaper than the standard hourly rate.

Payment is due upon receipt via e-money transfer (EMT) or credit card payments via PayPal.
